Just a heads-up for anyone thinking of buying outdoor tools from egopowerec. First off, I think the tools themselves are great! But the support options are very limited if you encounter any issues. In my case, the blower that came with my combo kit unexpectedly stopped working after just a few months of occasional use. To start a warranty claim, you can't contact them online; you have to call for support, then receive 2 separate emails that you can't respond to, and then take your tool to a service location for review to see if it can be repaired or needs to be replaced. Although this may not seem like a big deal, the service locations here in Massachusetts are few and far between, and this will require a significant amount of downtime and driving on my end.
Overall kind of frustrating that the process is so cumbersome in this day and age, and I hope they improve this process moving forward.
