Wilson.Ferguson Associates, LLC (WFA) specializes in a quality approach in our Bridge and Roadway Construction Inspection services. We have developed a small staff of seasoned, fully SCDOT certified inspectors in every phase of construction from initial clearing and implementation of best management practices in storm water and erosion control to the final paving of hot mix asphalt surface, concre
te paving and bridge deck. WFA has experienced inspectors that have been providing Quality Control/ Quality Assurance and lab technicians with SCDOT dating back to CRM East, York County Pennies for Progress as well as representing contractors’ QC on several bridge packages. SCDOT utilizes Project Wise and Site Manager Software services accessed through VMWare server. Our inspectors have many years’ experience with this system providing Daily Work Reports, contractor information, materials sampling and certifications as well as all pay item quantities and estimates. WFA is familiar with the required SCDOT QC/ QA Construction Forms. These include contractor wage regulations, concrete and earthwork testing forms, drilled shaft and driven pile, asphalt rate reports, etc. SCDOT also requires AS-1 spreadsheets on all fuel adjustments and final project As-Builts which are included in our experience as inspectors. WFA has been on several teams that have been awarded contracts including District Four On-Call Inspection Services, D4 Bridge Package E and US701 Bridge Replacements in Horry Co.
