THÔNG BÁO:
Hiện tại, vitX https://www.vitx.global/ đang trong quá trình chia tách và dừng hợp tác giữa ông Jakub Wachocki và bà Kelly Bui (Trang).

Bà Kelly Bùi là chủ sở hữu chính thức, đại diện pháp luật và là Giám đốc điều hành theo Đăng ký Kinh doanh của vitX Việt Nam. Trước khi quá trình chia tách hoàn tất, mọi yếu tố liên quan đến thương hiệu vitX (bao gồm cả các thực thể vitX ở nước ngoài: như vitX Singapore, vitX Ba Lan,..v.v), cơ sở dữ liệu, mạng lưới khách hàng, đối tác, vendor liên quan đều nằm dưới quyền đồng sở hữu của bà Kelly Bùi.

Bằng thông báo này, Bà Kelly Bùi xác nhận rằng, mọi hoạt động, phát ngôn đơn lẻ của cá nhân ông Jakub Wachocki với các đối tác, vendor tại Việt Nam hay quốc tế hiện tại dưới bất cứ pháp nhân hay thương hiệu nào liên quan đến hệ sinh thái của vitX không đại diện cho bà Kelly Bùi.

Khi quá trình chia tách hoàn tất, chúng tôi sẽ gửi đến quý vị thông tin cụ thể để bảo đảm các hợp tác, trao đổi hay ký kết giữa quý vị và các thực thể liên quan đến vitX (bao gồm cả ông Jakub) là có hiệu lực, được thực hiện trên cơ sở hợp pháp, tuân theo quy định của luật pháp Việt Nam hiện hành và tránh các hiểu lầm, tranh chấp hay tổn thất không mong muốn.

Chúng tôi ủng hộ tiếp tục các hợp tác có lợi và hợp pháp với tất cả các bên nhằm tạo ra các giá trị tích cực cho sự phát triển của ngành IT Việt Nam, lợi ích của các công ty IT Việt Nam là đối tượng được ưu tiên hàng đầu theo tôn chỉ sáng lập vitX, bên cạnh đó là lợi ích win-win với các đối tác quốc tế có thiện chí.

Thông báo này được đưa ra không nằm ngoài mục đích bảo vệ quyền lợi và tránh rủi ro, tránh hiểu lầm cho các đối tác, các vendor Việt Nam, khách hàng, đồng nghiệp, uy tín cá nhân của bà Kelly Bùi cũng như quyền lợi và uy tín của vitX Việt Nam hay thương hiệu vitX chung.

Currently, vitX (https://www.vitx.global/) is undergoing a demerger process following the termination of the partnership between Mr. Jakub Wachocki and Ms. Kelly Bui (Trang).

Ms. Kelly Bui is confirmed as the official owner, legal representative, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of vitX Vietnam, as recorded in its Business Registration. Until the demerger process is fully completed, all elements related to the vitX brand—including overseas entities (such as vitX Singapore, vitX Poland, etc.), databases, customer networks, and associated partners and vendors—remain under the joint ownership of Ms. Kelly Bui.

By this notice, Ms. Kelly Bui hereby confirms that any independent activities or statements made solely by Mr. Jakub Wachocki to partners and vendors, whether in Vietnam or internationally, under any legal entity or brand associated with the vitX ecosystem, do not represent Ms. Kelly Bui.

Upon completion of the demerger, specific updates will be communicated to ensure that all future collaborations, exchanges, or agreements between you and any vitX-related entities (including Mr. Jakub) are legally valid, executed in accordance with current Vietnamese law, and structured to prevent any misunderstandings, disputes, or unwanted losses.

We support continuing beneficial and lawful collaborations with all parties to generate positive value for the development of Vietnam's IT industry. In line with vitX's founding principles, the interests of Vietnamese IT companies are prioritized above all, alongside win-win benefits with international partners of good faith.

This notice is issued solely to protect the rights and interests of, as well as to prevent risks and misunderstandings for, our Vietnamese partners, vendors, clients, colleagues, the personal reputation of Ms. Kelly Bui, as well as the rights, interests, and reputation of vitX Vietnam and the overall vitX brand.
