In a recent UX audit for a B2B SaaS website, we found strong acquisition but a very low demo conversion rate (~0.15% vs. 1–3% benchmark).

The issue? Conversion friction.

• Unclear value proposition
• “Book a Demo” led to a generic contact page
• No product visualization early on
• Drop-offs before key actions

Instead of driving more traffic, we focused on fixing the experience.
By improving messaging, simplifying the demo flow, and showing the product upfront, the estimated impact was a 2–5× increase in demo bookings — without increasing spend.

In a recent project with a government organization serving 25+ million users, we saw:

Figma introduces seamless AI-powered code-to-design workflows
Figma has rolled out a new Codex integration that lets teams fluidly move between code and visual design within Figma - enabling direct generation of editable UI designs from code and vice versa, all through its new Model Context Protocol server.

🔥 What’s New:
🔹 Bidirectional code ↔ design workflows via Figma’s MCP server - you can generate Figma files from real, running code and bring edits back into production code.
🔹 Direct integration with OpenAI Codex, letting both designers and engineers work in their preferred environment without switching tools.
🔹 Support for context capture from Figma Design, Figma Make, and FigJam files and real UI renderings for accurate code-to-canvas transfers.
🔹 A roundtrip workflow that maintains design context while accelerating prototyping and iteration.

🎯 Why It Matters
This integration significantly lowers the friction between design and development, enabling teams to iterate faster and maintain a single source of truth as interfaces evolve from concept to code. Designers can refine real implementations visually, and engineers can incorporate visual inputs without manual handoffs.

We’re continuing our series on the tools we use every day! This time, let’s talk about WhatsApp - what’s working great and where there’s room for improvement.

📲 What we love:
WhatsApp nails simplicity. The interface is clean, lightweight, and incredibly familiar. Messaging is fast, reliable, and distraction-free compared to other social platforms. Features like voice notes, reactions, status updates, and seamless file sharing feel intuitive and easy to access. It’s a product that rarely makes you think - and that’s powerful design.

⚙️ Where it could improve:
As new features keep getting added (Communities, Channels, business tools), the app is slowly becoming more complex. The original beauty of WhatsApp was its minimalism - now navigation can feel slightly fragmented. A clearer separation between personal chats, communities, and broadcast-style content could improve clarity and reduce cognitive load.
