When I look at myself today, I am proud of the woman I'm becoming. It's moments like the Regional Marketing Conference that remind me why I'm on this journey - being surrounded by inspiring stories and innovative ideas that help me grow and learn.

I was thrilled to meet the amazing Elkamish Banda , CEO of Hats And Beyond Haute Couture , and hear about her incredible journey.

What struck me most was the many facets of her life - not only is she a successful entrepreneur, but also a talented actress, a savvy banker, and most impressively, an amazing mother. I was truly inspired by her story, and grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from her experiences.
