🚀 Over the last few years at Intuit, I had the opportunity to shape the UX of some of the most complex, large-scale data systems powering products used by millions. One of the projects I'm most proud of? Helping build an AI-driven Data Quality Monitoring system designed to automatically scan and profile hundreds of thousands of data lake tables—detecting anomalies, ensuring data trust, and ultimately enabling smarter, faster decision-making for every team at Intuit.
📊 We transformed abstract metadata into a visual, navigable Data Map, surfacing relationships between datasets and domains—making it easier for analysts, engineers, and data scientists to explore, understand, and trust the data they work with.
✨ I led UX/UI initiatives for:
Categorical metrics anomaly detection (yes, with drill-down by region or group!)
End-to-end design of the DQM feature set.
Auto-generated entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs).
Intuitive observer dashboards & visual data lineage.
Our mission? Turn invisible data quality issues into actionable insights—and design with empathy for the humans behind the pipelines. 🙌
Curious about the details? Happy to share more. And if you’re working on tough data UX challenges—let’s talk.
