Caleb is a Self-motivated and success-driven business executive with 10+ years of experience in solution selling and new business development across financial services, logistics, fintech and construction industries. He is a Cofounder and CEO of Wami Agro Limited, an AgTech company with a mission to deliver tech-enabled solutions to secure sustainable sourcing, improve farmer quality of life and protect the environment. He is a focused senior management executive with exceptional planning and implementation capabilities.

Prior to WamiAgro, Caleb founded a Management Consulting firm offering business services for micro, small and medium scale enterprises. He has a rich experience in leading teams to accomplish tasks. He is passionate and curious about solving complex problems facing agriculture in Africa.
He holds a BA in Publishing Studies from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and an MSc in Management from the University of Salford in the UK. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). He is a Certified Financial modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA).
He believes in continuous learning and has self learnt a number of skills across various sectors aside his mail line of duty.

Isaac is an accomplished Investment Professional with over 13 years of combined experience in Investment Banking and Private Markets. He currently works as an Investment Manager with Wangara Green Ventures where he is responsible for managing the Investment function. Prior to his role at Wangara, Isaac served as the Investment Manager for Mutual Fund Portfolios at Gold Coast Fund Management.

Isaac holds a bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance from the University of Professional Studies, Accra. He is a CFA Charter holder and has completed the Ghana Stock Exchange Securities Course.
