While preparing the RESCUER Final event taking place on 11-12 June 2024 in Madrid, our partner is presenting RESCUER at the European Civil Protection Forum.

If you are willing to learn more about RESCUER and CS GROUP’s activities focusing on Augmented Reality interfaces for holographic devices, do not hesitate to visit the stand.
The AR Interfaces for HoloLens2 aimed at exploring the added value for First Responders of such technologies.
This "hands-free" technology complements the operational equipment used by firefighters in fire-related interventions: guide line, personal link, thermal camera, man-down device, radio... Using hand movements or voice commands, the firefighter 2.0 can progress with a digitized "lifeline" (mapping their path) that facilitates and speeds up retreat and the deployment of other teams, locate their partner in space, assess distances, identify and report based on their nature (electrical, chemical...), and, of course, locate victims. All this information can be correlated, centralized, and made available to the thanks to a system.

Yesterday Phase III Pilot in tunnel has started. Here the teams are based in Tunnel of SOCAMO: carrière Saint Antoine in Modane, following the scenario adopted to test RESCUER's tools in action.

2nd Pilot in Modane, France hosted by and technical support by ISEMI.
Working on Phase III FRS training, Field trials, Intrinsic characteristics or Efficiency tests.
Theoretical and practical training for the FRs by Ensosp with support of technical partners. Field trials tests will be conducted at the building of Fire station of Modane or in the close area.
