✨ A little honesty about the behind-the-scenes of running a small business.

One thing people don’t always see behind the scenes of a small business is how much effort goes into making sure everything runs smoothly for clients.

Sometimes even when you do everything right — have backup help lined up, communicate, and try every possible solution — things can still fall through. When that happens, the only thing a client sees is the appointment that didn’t happen, and I completely understand how frustrating that can be.

Please know that when situations like this occur, there are a lot of moving pieces behind the scenes and every effort is made to make things work. Reliability and showing up for my clients is something I take very seriously, which is why situations like this are just as frustrating for me.

Running a small business is incredibly rewarding, but moments like this can definitely be a hard pill to swallow when circumstances are out of your hands.

To the clients who continue to show patience, understanding, and support for my small business , I appreciate you more than you know. 🤍🖤 I always appreciate second chances and for even some clients third ones. I feel absolutely terrible some of you have gotten last minute cancelations but I truly appreciate the opportunity to correct it when able! 🖤

We get heaps of enquiries & yes, alot of people do disappear once they see the prices! So before you “dont reply or back away” because of the price, give us a go & see what we’re all about.

people don’t realise how professional cleaning works these days.

Cleaning isn’t $30–$50 an hour anymore. (Unless you want a dodgy bad quality service) or if you have a good cleaner who charges that, then they dont clearly know what there worth!
Most reputable companies now use set pricing, because you’re not just paying for time! you’re paying for the whole service.

That includes:

✔️ Reliable bookings (we actually show up)
✔️ Consistent, high quality results
✔️ The systems, products, insurance, & behind-the scenes work that keep everything running smoothly
