E-Commerce Coordinator - Grocery (Marketing)

Working Arrangements: Night Shift | Permanent WFH setup

Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Management:
• Maintaining and updating the e-commerce platform with accurate product information, pricing, and images.
• Ensuring a seamless and user-friendly customer experience on the website.
• Implementing site merchandising strategies for enhanced product visibility and improved conversion rates.
• Developing visually compelling online collections and landing pages.
2. Product Management:
• Assisting in product presentation and customer experience enhancements.
• Supporting catalog operations, including setting up new products and managing prices.
• Monitoring and analyzing search keyword data to optimize product discoverability.
3. Inventory and Order Management:
• Managing inventory levels and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
• Processing e-commerce orders, shipments, and backorders.
• Tracking inventory and order status.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
• Working closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, customer service, product development).
• Participating in site refreshes, seasonal collection launches, sales, and promotions.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Monitoring and analyzing website traffic, sales data, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Regularly reporting on site metrics, promotional performance, and site enhancements.
6. Other Tasks:
• Troubleshooting site issues and identifying areas for improvement.
• Staying current with e-commerce trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience in marketing within e-commerce
• Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and best practices
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms: (e.g., AMAZON, Shopify, WooCommerce)
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with SEO, PPC, and web analytics
• Experience with digital marketing and social media
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Essential computer skills in e-commerce platforms, data analysis tools like Google Analytics and Excel, and understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and project management methodologies

**Admin Assistant – Spanish Bilingual**

🕒 **Working Arrangement:** Night Shift | Permanent WFH Setup

**Key Responsibilities:**
🔹 Assist in managing and maintaining customer relationships.
🔹 Provide product information and recommendations to clients.
🔹 Coordinate with the sales team to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
🔹 Participate in sales meetings and strategy discussions.
🔹 Provide administrative support, including sample and cooler ordering, deductions, planning, reporting, and data entry.
🔹 Prepare and maintain sales dashboards using platforms such as AFS, COGNOS, TABLEAU, and VIP.
🔹 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.
🔹 Travel to national sales meetings and industry events as needed (4–5 times per year).
🔹 Assist in preparing sales presentations.
🔹 Coordinate and prepare sales meetings to ensure efficiency and effective time management.

**Qualifications:**
🔹 Spanish bilingual.
🔹 Experience in a sales support or customer service role.
🔹 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

🔹 Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
