You can set up company in Singapore by completing only 2 procedures. In the first step, you take approval for the name of the proposed company from ACRA, the company registrar. You pay a fee of S$15 and register the name for your use for 60 days. This gives you 60 days to register your company. If required, you can extend the period by another 60 days by paying the required fees.
In the second step, you apply to ACRA for company registration and submit your incorporation and KYC documents. ACRA's fee is S$300. The agency takes about 1-3 days to register your company. Then sends an email to you containing your company details like Unique Entity Number (UEN), business profile, etc. This mail works as an incorporation certificate in Singapore. You can also apply to ACRA for its hard copy in PDF format.
If you are a foreigner, you will need to appoint a reliable provider of company registration services to complete this process for you.
