Callout to Kinma School in Terrey Hills today after reports of multiple circuits not working.
After some testing, we found there was no incoming B phase from the grid. A quick walk up the road uncovered the cause a fallen tree resting in the overhead power lines, snapping one conductor and leaving another cable on the ground.
The issue was identified as a supply fault and reported to the network provider for urgent attention. A good reminder of how weather and vegetation can impact power infrastructure, especially after recent conditions.
