What actually happens when we service your printer? Here's the checklist our technicians work through:
1️⃣ Clean the paper path, rollers and sensors
2️⃣ Inspect the fuser and transfer components for wear
3️⃣ Check and top up or replace toner
4️⃣ Update firmware and drivers
5️⃣ Test scan-to-email, network printing and copy quality
6️⃣ Run test pages and calibrate output
30–60 minutes of prevention vs days of downtime later. That's the trade.
