We've used them for our business for nearly 3 years have sent about 1500 parcels but recently the 2 experiences we had with them was beyond awful. we got a parcel Lock03376043 that was lost containing a laptop. we picked up the wrong parcel that had a bike cover instead of our parcel that contained the laptop. we contacted them and they said they were sorting it out and told us they picked up the right parcel from the other recipient that was expecting the bike cover. since then nothing it's been almost 2 months now and still nothing no updates or whatsoever. they just ghosted us. And more recently we have another parcel from Capetown LOCK03637377 that has been in Johannesburg out for delivery for nearly a week now and they just informed us that the parcel locker was expired yet the parcel was never deposited in the locker.
