Are you an SDP struggling to find quality host companies for your learners?

You're not alone. Most SDPs spend 6-8 weeks chasing businesses, managing paperwork, and dealing with last-minute dropouts.

At WorklinkSA, we've built a network of verified host companies across 9 provinces ready to take your learners. We handle the matching, the compliance paperwork, and the coordination.

You focus on training. We focus on placement.

DM us or comment below if you need host companies for your current programmes.

worklinksa.co.za started because of a broken system.

SDPs spend weeks sometimes months trying to find host companies for their learners. Meanwhile, businesses desperately need extra hands but don't know how to access fully-funded interns.

The gap between these two groups costs South Africa thousands of missed placements every year.

We're bridging that gap. One placement at a time.

If you're an SDP or a business owner who cares about skills development in SA, let's connect.

Tips for businesses that are considering using AI automation:

1. Start small. Don't try to implement AI automation across your entire business all at once. Start with a small project and learn from your experience.

2. Get buy-in from management. It's important to have the support of management before you start implementing AI automation. This will help to ensure that you have the resources you need and that your project is successful.

3. Educate your employees. Your employees need to understand how AI works and how it can benefit the business. This will help to reduce their fears and make them more likely to embrace AI automation.

4. Monitor and adjust. As you implement AI automation, you'll need to monitor its performance and make adjustments as needed. This will help to ensure that you're getting the most out of AI and that it's not causing any problems.
