Your email campaigns not making you money? This is probably why.

Tip: Dont feel frustrated if you start nurturing your subscribers but the sales remain low. It takes time to see the revenue come from nurturing as you build up new subscribers that haven't been trained to expect discounts from you.

The time it takes is 1000% worth the wait. Id rather wait a bit and be strategic with what I send than make money by giving away margin. How about you?

How much is enough traffic? 👇

You need volume but lets say you get around 2500 visitors a month to your store. If we look at the average sign up form rate of 5%, we can expect 125 subscribers to sign up for an incentive and then around 6% of those 125 subscribers will convert into a sale (7 subscribers).

You would be able to determine the return with looking at your average order value x the 7 subscribers.

I cant tell you how often I work with biz owners and I feel like I have a co-designer, co-copywriter, co-strategist working alongside me.

I get it, your biz is your baby and you should hella proud of what you're building but you're the biz owner. You need to be working smarter, not spending 6 hours writing an email campaign or spending hours each week creating fresh content so you can keep buyers engaged.

If you wear all the hats in your biz and your biz has started to feel a bit like you're carrying around a back pack all day, everyday, I'd go ahead and prescribe you a 1 night away.

Away from routine. Away from the regular. Just disconnect.

Any fires that show up will show you clearly where you need better systems and whats eating up your precious time.

Tai and I did a mid-week break at Moonshine on Whiskey Creek. We had no power for a good couple hours and immense rainfall. We were pre-warned and offered alternative dates to come but we chose to go because we knew these opportunities catapult our growth and help us take a wide angle view of where we are and where we're going.

It always sounds so easy in my head.

Building this DIY email automation challenge has been tough. Not because I don't know what to say or how to do it but because building a digital product is new to me.

I can build these email automations with my eyes closed but that doesnt stop my brain from throwing 10,000 distractions my way a day.

It's scary to put myself out here.

It's scary to believe i can do this.

But I have to reframe the stock standard dialogue of "let's rather play it safe" and try.
