📍 Location: Durban

Lead our busy print shop and manage an energetic all-female team while ensuring exceptional customer service and production excellence.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily print shop operations
• Lead, motivate and manage staff
• Ensure production deadlines and quality standards are met
• Handle customer enquiries and quotations
• Manage workflow and production schedules
• Monitor stock and order consumables
• Liaise with suppliers
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operating efficiently
• Assist with staff scheduling and performance management
• Deliver outstanding customer service

✔️ Minimum Requirements

• Management experience in a printing, signage or branding environment
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Computer literate
• Own reliable transport
• Valid driver's licence

✔️ Minimum Requirements
