📍 Remote-based | Zambia
AI Ignite Zambia is seeking a disciplined, results-oriented Business Development Coordinator – AI & Human Intelligence (HI) to support growth, partnerships, and corporate engagement around our executive training and innovation programs.
This role blends strategic thinking, relationship management, and modern digital work practices.
🔹 Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Coordinate corporate engagements, proposals, and follow-ups
• Support marketing and outreach activities for AI & HI programs
• Maintain client communication and relationship records
• Assist in organizing trainings, workshops, and executive sessions
• Conduct basic market research and reporting
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery
🔹 Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, ICT, Education, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of AI, digital tools, or innovation (training provided)
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
🔹 Experience
• At least 1–2 years experience in business development, sales, coordination, administration, or related roles
• Experience working with corporate clients or institutions is an advantage
• Familiarity with remote work tools (email, WhatsApp, Google Docs, Zoom, etc.)
🔹 Other Requirements
• Highly organized and self-driven
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to work remotely but able to occasionally pass through the office when required for meetings, coordination, or program activities
• Integrity, reliability, and confidentiality are mandatory
