Speed matters when a new lead comes in.

For this sales automation project, we built an AI-powered system that contacts every new real estate lead within 2–5 minutes.
The AI voice agent:

• Calls the lead automatically
• Qualifies their buying intent
• Logs the conversation and outcome
• Sends an SMS when the call is missed
• Routes qualified leads to the sales team

The sales team doesn't have to chase every new lead. They can focus on the conversations where there is already genuine interest.
The system runs 24/7 and keeps every interaction recorded.

A founder came to us a while back wanting to "build an AI."

We asked him one question on the first call. What decision is this AI actually going to help make?

He couldn't answer it. Because he hadn't gotten that far yet.

We turned the project down. Because building something without a clear problem to solve almost always ends in a rebuild three or six months later, and that costs the client more than saying no upfront ever would.

He came back about three months later with a real brief. Clear problem, clear decision, clear data. That project shipped in 8 weeks.

His clarity is what saved him six months of rework. Just knowing exactly what he needed before we wrote a single line of code.

Most delays in AI projects don't come from bad engineering. They come from starting before anyone's answered the hard question.

Most people use "AI agent" and "AI assistant" like they mean the same thing. They don't, and mixing them up leads to picking the wrong tool for the job.

An assistant answers when you ask. You type something, it responds, you decide what happens next.

An agent doesn't wait around. It takes actions on its own, makes decisions along the way, uses tools to get things done, and reports back once it's finished.

One replaces a search bar. The other replaces a team member.

A solar assessment can involve a surprising number of moving parts.

For SolarBuddy, we built an automated workflow that takes a property submission and handles the process from there.

The system:
• Collects customer, energy and property information
• Converts addresses into usable property data
• Retrieves solar and regional data through APIs
• Runs the required calculations
• Generates a personalised solar assessment
• Tracks API costs and processing activity
• Flags incomplete or failed records for review

The interesting part isn't just connecting a few APIs.

It's making sure the entire workflow knows what to do at every step.
