We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with sales expertise to drive business growth in the UAE market. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing tailored IT solutions. And building long-term relationships with clients.
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT solutions, including Networking, hardware, software solutions, cloud services and ELV Solutions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company targets.
Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, meetings, and networking events.
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and SMEs.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Technical Consultation & Solution Selling:
Work closely with technical teams to develop proposals, conduct demonstrations, and deliver presentations.
Recommend IT solutions, including enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and managed services.
Strong understanding of ELV systems such as: CCTV & Surveillance Systems ,Access Control & Biometrics, Public Address Systems ,Structured Cabling & Networking, Home Automation.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to offer the best solutions to customers.
Keep up to date with IT trends, emerging technologies, & competitive offerings.
Analyze market demands and provide insights to improve service offerings.
Proposal & Contract Management:
Prepare quotations, RFPs, and technical proposals.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
Ensure timely order processing and follow-up on payment collections.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in IT sales in the UAE market (B2B or B2G preferred).
UAE driving license is a must.
Proven experience in selling IT solutions such as networking, cloud, cybersecurity or software solutions ELV Solution.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, security solutions, and managed services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Cisco, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Fortinet, ERP, or other IT solutions.
· Reporting & Coordination
· Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project ex*****on.
· Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
· Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
