• Provide resolution to internal clients’ technical issues, ensure direct resolution where possible, and update progress of the assigned logs using IT Helpdesk Applications.
• Escalate tier 2 incidents to the relevant ICT section and follow up satisfactory closure of the logs.
• Manage license usage of all Operational software used by Dubai Silicon Oasis.
• Maintain restrictions to unauthorized changes and software packages through Saned.
• Ensure customer provisioning and decommissioning is executed in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Experience
