What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinating and managing day-to-day office functions, ensuring seamless internal and external operations.
- Acting as the key link between clients and creative, digital, and production teams for artwork approvals and project updates.
- Managing client relationships with charm and professionalism - including timely follow-ups, clear email communication, and meeting coordination.
- Coordinating for billing, invoicing, and payment tracking with precision.
- Supporting business development with organized databases, schedules, follow-ups and supporting business development and client service departments.
- Managing vendors and external partners to ensure efficient service delivery.
Creating compelling PowerPoint decks and utilizing Excel to track tasks and timelines.
