How we turned our internal product into a public service.

It was based on functionality that created a structured textual summary of a zoom conference held. But feedback and our own vision of the product led us to a new solution.

We realized that the synopsis was one of the functions, but the basis was transcribing - converting audio/video into text format.
This is how product 2.0 came into being.

Scribeez is a service for transcribing audio and video files. What you need to know about the service:

▫️ Transcribes audio/video files downloaded from a personal computer. You can also insert a link to a YouTube clip.

▫️ From the resulting transcription you can order an excerpt. A brief synopsis of all the material.
A breakdown by speaker and segment will appear.

▫️ You can search all transcribed files and one file in particular! Enter a keyword and the service will show you in which time segment of the recording it was said.

▫️ You can switch to the zoom tab and see your saved recordings there, and do the necessary work with any of the files (transcribing and getting a shutter speed).

What does the future hold for Scribeez?

▪️ Design changes.
▪️ Possibility of integration with different kinds of systems and services.
▪️ Unlocking the potential of short excerpts.
▪️ Ability to create a corporate profile.
▪️ Functionality with which you can send a link invitation to a conference (Zoom, GoogleMeet, Yandex.Teleconference) to our bot. It will record and save the outline in your personal account.
▪️ Telegram bot, where you can send: voice messages, audio and video file, a link to a video clip and even mugs, which will also be saved in your personal cabinet and will be available for processing directly from the Telegram bot.

Welcome to the world of digital innovation - the IT company CodeDunes Solutions. We create digital products in the area of business process automation, robotization, and artificial intelligence.

Our story started three years ago when we were working in Russia. This April, we officially launched the company in Dubai. Within three months, our team has grown threefold. Our previous experience in web development, blockchain development and partnerships is helping us to grow and develop at a rapid pace.

We have managed to implement more than 120 projects during this time. We have worked with leaders in the trading industry, partnered with Bybit exchange and become liquidity providers, developed CRM systems for leaders in the real estate and travel markets.

After opening an office in Dubai, 80% of our products are IT solutions that we create internally and then promote to the market. Our ideas are born in the moment as we see a problem. For example, we are now entering the field of international sports and launching a product that is in demand for hundreds of millions of people. As we became active in this area, we discovered that it lacks a strong IT solution for both the B2B and B2C sectors.
