Meet Muti, who’s worked over a decade with DLC!
Muti’s journey began in 2014 when he arrived in the region for the very first time. At just 18, he joined his brothers Moon and Maan, stepping into his first full-time role with determination and enthusiasm.

Over the years, Muti has seized every opportunity to grow—earning multiple driving licenses, including HGV, and becoming an invaluable part of our team.

A passionate cricket fan and proud father of twins, Muti embodies commitment both on and off the field. We’re truly grateful to have him as part of the DLC family.

Jerickson Dizon - Conference Technician

One of the biggest personalities at DLC is Big J, one of our senior conference technicians. Rarely seen without a huge smile on his face, he brings a ton of positive energy to the company, and each event he works on.

He’s been in the AV industry in the UAE since 2008, and joined DLC Events in 2023 as part of our expanding team.

Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 yr old son on the beach and the thing he loves most about working for DLC is the challenge of the complex conference systems we install!

Rehman Muzaffar - Warehouse Manager

Maan, as he's know to all, joined the family at DLC Events in 2011 after studying business at college in Faislabad. Young, free and single at the time, although a little scared of doing wrong by big brother Moon(!) his English skills improved at a phenomenal rate, and the subsequent years saw him take charge of the DLC warehouse. He runs an efficient team ensuring all equipment is sent out and checked in correctly, and well maintained throughout the year.

Now Maan is married, with two beautiful children, Abdul Hadi and Dua, and loves taking care of the resident cats at the office! He always provides a friendly face for our dryhire clients!

At the Expo 2020 Dubai International Participants Meeting held at Madinat Jumeirah, we installed 8 automated PTZ cameras integrated directly with the conference discussion system to provide seamless coverage of more than 800 participants. 800 seats, 1,600 presets. As each delegate took the microphone, the system instantly switched to the correct camera and framed the active speaker, delivering consistent, high-quality results in seconds, to support the main broadcast team.

It provides perfectly framed shots of every participant while eliminating the cost, space requirements and distraction of a traditional camera crew. Jenny Rowlands - Financial Accountant

Jenny trained as a chartered accountant with global accountancy firm BDO, and has spent time living in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Germany before moving to Dubai with plans to retire. That all changed when she saw a post on a Facebook group in 2016 for a finance position at DLC Events! Jenny was attracted to the exciting, fast paced industry we are in, as well as the family culture of our organization, and has been taking care of our finances ever since!

Jenny loves anything active, from walking and tennis, to her favourite hobby of surfing on the Flowrider at Wild Wadi! Just don't suggest a relaxing pool day to her as you won't get a polite response!!

Issa Jamjoum - Senior Technician

Issa specializes in conference systems, and is a sought after bi-lingual teleprompt operator. He grew up in Amman in Jordan, moving to the UAE in 2013 and has worked in all the GCC countries many times. Issa has been with DLC full-time for the last four years and always brings his smile to every event he works on.

Outside of the office, he is a dedicated dragon boat paddler, whose team participates bi-annually in the IDBF Club Crew World Championships and other races across the world.

If you see him on site, he’ll always appreciate a chamomile tea!!
