Team Leader – Telecom Sales | UAE
Afkar Almustaqbal Technologies LLC, a Premium Channel Partner of e&, is hiring an experienced and motivated Team Leader – Telecom Sales to lead our sales team and achieve business growth targets.
Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Executives.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Monitor team performance, sales activities, and productivity.
• Conduct field coaching and support team development.
• Ensure compliance with e& sales processes and quality standards.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of UAE experience as a Telecom Sales Team Leader.
• Experience in e& channel sales is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• UAE market experience is mandatory.
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.
