Qualification & Experience : BBA / MBA / BCom degree holder from a reputable university preferably with minimum 1-2 years of relevant hands on experience in direct sales.

Job Description:

- Identify sales opportunities and present benefits and key product features to acquire new business.
- Communicate with existing and new customers to meet sales targets.
- Construct sales pitches and presentations.
- Demonstrate product features before a sale.
- Understand and work towards meeting monthly sales targets.
- To handle sales queries via phone calls, emails and live chats
- Upgrades/up sell opportunities, follow up on new leads and referrals.
- Prepare proposals and send emails to prospect or returning clients.
- Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the computer software offered by the company.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR function
• Reviewing resumes and applications.
• Advertise job vacancies, assess application and schedule applicant interview.
• Working with recruitment agencies and universities to source for candidates for specific job positions.
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resource issues, rules and regulations.
• Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
• Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the Higher management.
• Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
• Handling the full and final settlement of the employees.
• Update employee records, both physical and electronic on HRMS, on a timely basis.
• Promote workplace safety.
• Responsible to timely processing of all activities related to payroll, employees benefit administration including confirmation of employment, contract extensions, leaves, statutory benefits, retirement and resignations.
