Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for IT products and solutions, including hardware, software, networking, and enterprise technologies. The role requires a strong understanding of IT solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer engagement.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate, government, and SMB sectors.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure. Preparation of RFP/ tedder checklist.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and distributors.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the pre-sales team.
Understand customer requirements and align them with appropriate IT products or solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, procurement, finance) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.
Keep up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Participate in vendor meetings, product trainings, and partner programs to enhance solution knowledge.

Bachelorโs degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2โ5 years of sales experience in IT products, software licensing, or enterprise solutions.
Good understanding of technologies such as servers, storage, backup, networking, cybersecurity, or cloud solutions.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
