Due to the newly released AutohexII update, only HW5 hardware is supported for the latest software features, programming methods, BDC2 unlock and ENET protocols. ⚡

Follow the step-by-step guide below to easily check your hardware version using the Configuration Page 😊👇

✅ Hardware lot number:
• 000004 = HW4
• 000005 = HW5

📅 When did HW5 start?
HW5 officially started on 2021-03-06.
We also stopped selling HW4 devices in early 2021.

⚠️ Important Note:
The latest Autohex II update only supports HW5 hardware for the new programming methods and ENET protocols 👍
