Senior Al Developer
Location: Mumbai (INDIA)
The role is for a Senior Al Developer with 7-12 years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in Al/ML and Generative Al.
• It requires strong expertise in backend engineering, API development, and building secure, scalable enterprise-grade systems.
• Proficiency in Python is essential for developing robust, production-readv Al services and workflows.
• The candidate should have hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including integration, evaluation, and output optimization.
• A deep understanding of Retrieval-Augmenteo Generation (RAG) architectures and vector-based retrieval systems is expected.
• Experience in designing agentic Al workflows with orchestration, tool integration, and multi-step reasoning is critical.
• The role involves integrating Al solutions into enterprise environments through secure APIs and controlled access mechanisms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, MLOps practices, and monitorina frameworks is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, ownership, collaboration, and communication skills are essential.
• The position entails end-to-end responsibility for designing, deploying, and maintaining Al-powered applications, assistants, and automation solutions.
