We're currently searching for a hard working person to join our team as a Project Manager in our Web Department.

As Project Manager, you will work individually and as part of a team to design, develop, and deploy systems, processes and best practices for our clients.

Your Responsibilities:

- Create & manage project plans.
- Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress.
- Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure project team is clear on objectives.
- Deliver and install technology solutions.
- Help project team with the design and development tasks.
- Lead process of issue/change identification and resolution.
- Manage risk tracking, communication, quality assurance, procurement process and SLA.
- Monitor and manage scope and all documentation.
- Work multiple projects simultaneously.
- Foster partnership with customers/stakeholders.


Qualifications:

- Proven IT project management experience.
- Ability to work with functional groups and different levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy and strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills to support project requirements.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively with customers, team and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills: ability to accomplish multiple tasks within agreed upon timeframes through autonomous, effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong follow-up skills: ability to organize applicable department timelines and proactively follow up with internal and external customer needs.
- Self-motivated; able to work independently to complete tasks and respond to requests and to collaborate with others to identify quality solutions.
- Business & IT strategy experience.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of related web development and design tools.

We are looking for a WordPress developer to join our team that will be able to work on both the front and back-end aspects of our websites. You need to have an all-round understanding of front-end web technologies such as PHP, HML5, CSS3 and JavaScript as well as have a basic understanding of visual design such as color, font and layout. The ideal candidate should be able to render our company and customer requirements into practical and attractive websites.



What are we looking for?

Proven experience in a similar role

In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)

Experience designing and developing websites that are responsive and accessible

Strong understanding of server-side PHP development

Very good knowledge of WordPress CMS

Very good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.

Very good knowledge of jQuery/ BOOTSTRAP

Good knowledge of SQL Databases.

Working experience in Server configuration and management.

Working experience with WordPress page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.)

Working experience with WordPress main plugins (Advanced Custom Fields, WooCommerce, etc.)

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite Basic Knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator)

Good understanding of Web Accessibility and Security

Good understanding of Google Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.

Good understanding of Search Engine Optimization Best Practices (Technical SEO, On-page SEO).



Key responsibilities

Set up WordPress sites on a server, install, config, core plugins, etc.

Troubleshoot any and all issues with websites, hosting, plugins, pagespeed, responsivity, etc.

Develop website projects working closely with our Project Managers and Creative Department.

Updating and fixing issues on a number of existing client sites.

Test your work on a wide variety of devices to deliver error free work.

Helping the team with additional technical knowledge.
