Аутстафф-кейс, который помог клиенту увеличить размер страховых премий в 270 раз

Четыре года назад СК «БКС Страхование жизни» только выходила на рынок инвестиций в страховые продукты, а уже сегодня компания занимает лидирующие позиции. Это во многом благодаря вовремя перенацеленному курсу на цифровизацию и внедрению эффективных IT-решений.

Для заказчика мы выделили команду и разрабатывали внутренний сервис, который позволил страховщикам сократить время и ресурсы на оформление полисов.

Для клиентов «БКС Страхование жизни» мы создали Личный кабинет. Это веб-проект, в который автоматически подтягивается вся информация о страховых продуктах, приобретенных клиентом через сотрудников БКС или партнеров.

Интерфейс личного кабинета простой и понятный. Если страховых продуктов несколько, то они отображаются в виде карусели. В карусели также видна вся основная информация о страховке: график платежей, страховые риски, застрахованные, выгодоприобретатели и другое. Чтобы перейти к нужному контракту, достаточно кликнуть по карточке.

Мы приступили к работе в 2019 году, на начало которого годовой размер полученных страховых премий заказчика составлял 27 млн рублей. Но по итогам 2019 года их размер увеличился в 70 раз и достиг 1,9 млрд рублей.

Сроки стояли сжатые и наша команда работала с максимальной производительностью. Первая версия Цифровой платформы БКС вышла в релиз всего через 3 месяца. За счет такой быстрой и качественной разработки СК «БКС Страхование жизни» первой заняла нишу инвестирования в страховые продукты с персонализированными настройками.

Сейчас мы взаимодействуем с заказчиком уже четыре года и за это время помогли ему стать одним из лидеров рынка. За время нашего сотрудничества размер страховых премий заказчика вырос в 270 раз: с 27 млн рублей в 2018 году до 7,3 млрд в 2021 году. На начало 2022 года СК «БКС Страхование жизни» входила в ТОП—7 в направлении ИСЖ и в ТОП—10 в направлении страхования жизни по общему количеству заключенных договоров.

We have quite a lot of experience in conducting audits. Most often we perform audits in two cases.

One, we call it acceptance. When a new project comes in and we need to understand the current state, identify problem areas, highlight and fix them for ourselves and the client. The result of acceptance is a document that describes the current state of the project and the identified problem areas. This way we minimize our risks and reduce the number of disputable moments during project handover. During acceptance, the team performs all stages of the audit, but in a more simplified form, as it does not prepare a detailed report and does not give extended recommendations.

Second: this is a full-fledged audit of the project.
