Job responsibilities

Create high quality, detailed, designs for products (websites, web applications, dashboards, and mobile applications)
Redesign of existing products
To be consistent during the programming phase of the project
Work closely with the team to understand the user psychology and user journey and to build optimal user experience for our customers and continuously improve it;
Assisting developers with small tasks which don't need to be designed separately
Research on best practices and innovative solutions for user interfaces, understand the products, the customers, and the competitors;
Conduct user research and testing: collaborate with the product management and digital marketing teams;
Conduct concept and usability testing and gather customer feedback;
Develop wireframes and task flows based on customer needs;
Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability);
Keep track of competitor products and industry trends.

Required qualifications

At least 2+ working experience in a similar role
Outstanding skills in Figma and Sketchapp;
Proficient knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator;
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent knowledge of overall UX steps and UI principles
Material design and human interface guidelines
Experience in developing interfaces for different platforms (iOS/Android/desktop)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good knowledge of English and Russian languages
Creativity, ability of quickly generating and implementing new ideas
