XNtrends is looking for an experienced and passion driven QA Engineers for mobile project. The QA Engineer will be responsible for verifying the proper operation and reliability of application and reporting any deficiencies, limitations or risks. He/ she must have the ability to quickly learn new technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, write, debug, and execute automated test scripts using Appium and Appium's Java client
Write, track, review and verify resolution of defects using JIRA
Design, write, review, and execute test plans, procedures, reports, user guides, and other technical documentation
Effectively communicate testing status to technical leads, development teams, program managers, customers
Effectively communicate testing strategies to customer contacts at test events and product delivery.

REQUIREMENT SKILLS
At least two years of experience as a QA Engineer in mobile apps
Experience working with Appium or at least Selenium is a must
Experience of Java is a must
English language proficiency is a must
BS, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology
Proficiency in scripting languages JavaScript and Shell
Experience with Git version control system
Experience using Docker

XNtrends is looking for an experienced and passion driven QA Engineers for mobile project. You will control everything related to Company successful growth. This position requires a minimum of 10 years managerial experience preferably in technology field.

Your responsibilities are to:
• Control & guide the Company according to its Mission & Vision
• Manage daily operations and in-budget & on-time completion of projects/tasks, where necessary, challenge current performance levels
• Manage and control accounting and financial operations
• Make SWOT analysis and give suggestions to shareholders on adjusting the goals as per the market trends
• Initiate business partnerships and close the leads, generate new business and give approval of new projects
• Conduct negotiations with Partners, Clients and win new markets

• Excellent problem solving and influencing skills
• Experience working with international partners and clients
• Fluency in Armenian, English & Russian is a must
• Knowledge of change management
• Experience in formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
• Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources, to analyze and interpret financial data
• Experience working under pressure
• Ability to motivate employees
