Fresh from the melding zone :-) This time the insert took me a bit longer to design than initially anticipated.
I needed to wrap my head around structuring all the different modules.
Finally, I decided to give each module (from the base game and from the expansion) its own tray. Wanted to go the extra mile to add letters/icons/numbers based on the module it belongs to - which can be utilized with most printers that support using change filament at layer height.
At the bottom of the box are all module trays for the expansion, afterward the module trays for the base game as well as the regular stuff.
Most of the trays are designed to be taken out of the box and placed around the gameboard - which is standard 101 insert design :-)
One final gimmick I wanted to include is the player trays (besides playerboards) - I always design them to hand them out single-handed. On top of them rests all the small pieces. The top part can be slid out 'revealing' 2 trays below (1 for the starting cards, and one to store the smaller player board pieces during storage. But those two trays can be split by sliding them out - that way you can use them as draw-and discard pile during the game :-)

Aktuelles Projekt: Die Tavernen im Tiefen Thal - inkl. der Erweiterung 'Zimmer frei!'.
Die Kartentrays sind schon fast vollständig. Da das ganze Spiel einige Module hat, hab ich mir diesesmal gedacht macht es Sinn den Trays noch entsprechende Beschriftungen mitzugeben. So sollte es leichter sein das Spiel vorzubereiten.

The card trays are almost complete. Since the whole game has several modules, I thought this time it would make sense to give the trays corresponding labels. This should make it easier to prepare for the game.

Aktuelle Fortschritte: Kartentrays sowie persönliche Spielertrays fertiggestellt und gedruckt. Ich habe das Unterteil (das in das Oberteil geschoben werden kann) so gestaltet, dass alle Pluginmarker pro Spieler im Tray sind (12) und die 6 Komposterdeplättchen für den Start.

Current progress: Card trays as well as personal player trays done and printed. I designed the bottom part (which can slide into the top part) in a way that all plugin markers per player are int the tray (12) and the 6 soil markers for starting.
