In case you missed it — we scanned a 60,000 m² hospital with iPhone Pro devices earlier this year. The building was fully operational throughout. The result: a complete, planning-ready parametric model delivered as IFC and 2D floor plan.

in Cologne is done. And it was worth every minute.

Last week, Metaroom was part of the Bluebeam Unbound World Tour in Cologne — a room full of AEC professionals who take this industry seriously. The talks were sharp, the conversations even sharper.

Our CEO and Co-Founder Martin Huber took the stage to walk through something we hear requested constantly: how do you get scan data off the phone and into the tools your team already uses — without the redrawing, without the workarounds?
