Behind every skilled professional is a journey of learning, commitment and growth.

At the Stars of Styria awards in Gröbming, outstanding achievements in vocational training were recognised, including those of Anna-Lena Mayer and Tim Gassner AHT Cooling Systems.

Their recognition reflects the dedication, technical skills and perseverance they have shown throughout their apprenticeship.

For us, moments like this highlight the importance of supporting young talent, giving responsibility early and creating opportunities to grow.

Congratulations to Anna-Lena and Tim on this well-deserved achievement. We look forward to seeing where their journey takes them next.

From school to working life, the distance is sometimes smaller than you think.

At the end of April, we joined the Career Day at HTL Trieben and had the chance to speak with students about technology, career opportunities and everyday working life at AHT Cooling Systems.

Because our site in Rottenmann is so close by, the connection to HTL Trieben is especially important to us. Events like this are a great opportunity to meet young technical talent early and have honest conversations about expectations, future skills and possible career paths.

Thank you to HTL Trieben for the invitation and the great organisation throughout the day.

What would have interested you most at a career day like this?

Not just watching.
Actually doing.

At Girls’ Day 2026, two students gained real hands-on insights into our technical professions.

Together with our apprentices and a trainer, they worked on real tasks:
welding, punching, bending and painting.

In the end, they created their own metal rose.

A morning full of new impressions and maybe the first step towards a future in technology.

Infotag Lehre bei AHT Cooling Systems

Am Freitag, 20. März 2026 öffnen wir unsere Türen für interessierte Jugendliche ab der 8. Schulstufe und ihre Eltern.

Im AHT Besucherzentrum in Rottenmann haben Besucherinnen und Besucher die Möglichkeit, unser Ausbilder:innen-Team kennenzulernen und sich über unsere technischen Lehrberufe sowie den Ablauf der Ausbildung zu informieren.

Im Rahmen einer Werksführung geben wir außerdem spannende Einblicke in unsere Lehrwerkstatt und unseren Produktionsstandort.
