🔦 Spotlight: Eva Kitzberger, Support Engineer at efsta

Today we would like to introduce Eva, a valued member of our support team at efsta. Her professional journey is anything but conventional, which is exactly what makes it so interesting. Originally trained as a jewelry designer and goldsmith/silversmith with a strong artistic education, she later expanded her skill set by pursuing a career in information technology and gaining experience as an IT technician.

In her role at efsta, she combines analytical thinking, technical expertise, and direct customer interaction, making technical support the perfect place to bring together her diverse interests and strengths.

✨ Fun facts & personal insights:

Outside of work, Eva enjoys painting, a passion that has accompanied her since childhood and remains an important creative outlet today.

She also loves spending time with her dog, enjoying long walks, and making the most of her free time with family and friends.

Fun fact: Once Eva starts a new series, there is usually no turning back. Finishing an entire season in record time is definitely one of her talents 😊

🔦 Spotlight: Alice Costantino, Junior Business Development Manager for International Markets at efsta

Today we would like to introduce Alice, our Junior Business Development Manager for International Markets at efsta. She holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in International and Strategic Marketing. Before joining efsta, she gained experience in Pre-Sales and Business Development for an Italian IT System Integrator, focusing on lead generation for software solutions.

In her current role, Alice works closely with international partners and prospects to identify new business opportunities, support market expansion initiatives, and help companies navigate fiscalization and compliance requirements as they expand internationally. She is excited to contribute to efsta’s international growth by exploring new markets, building strategic relationships, and continuously expanding her knowledge of global digital fiscality.

✨ Fun facts & personal insights:
Outside of work, Alice loves traveling and discovering new cultures through local food, traditions, and unique experiences. Exploring new places and learning about different ways of life are among her favorite ways to spend her free time.

She also enjoys snorkeling and spending time by the sea. Having been born near the coast, she has always felt a strong connection to the water, and being in the ocean feels like a natural part of who she is. 😊

Bringing Sales and Marketing together in Munich for our Persona & Customer Journey Workshop was more than just an alignment exercise.

For us at efsta, understanding our customers is not optional – it is critical when dealing with complex topics like fiscalization, e-invoicing and regulatory compliance. That’s why we worked on refining buyer personas based on real sales insights and mapping customer journeys from first signal to signature.

The key takeaway: In a market where compliance requirements, country-specific regulations and technical integrations come together, generic messaging does not work.

This workshop was an important step to ensure that our positioning, content and conversations reflect exactly that. Because in the end, better personas and clearer customer journeys mean: more relevant communication, faster qualification and stronger deals.

Thanks to everyone involved for the great collaboration. Looking forward to turning these insights into measurable impact across our markets.

We celebrated our very first efsta Experience Day – set in a beautiful estate surrounded by nature. 🌿

Over the past months, our team has grown significantly. It was the perfect moment to take a step back, reconnect, and spend a day focusing on what brings us together: our values and how we collaborate.

In the morning, we explored our core values “engaged, responsible and future-oriented” and translated them into something more tangible: our shared “recipe” for how we work. Each team member received a cooking apron as a small reminder that great collaboration, much like great food, depends on the right ingredients and how we bring them together. 👩‍🍳

In the afternoon, things got more hands-on. Teams were formed and challenged to create their own “food startup.” From planning the concept to buying ingredients, preparing the food, and actually selling it. Each team had to manage the full journey, including budget, positioning, and ex*****on. At the end, we voted for the best taste, strongest marketing, and of course the most profitable idea.

To wrap up the day, we were joined by family and friends, making the evening even more special.

A great day with great people, meaningful conversations, and perfect weather.

📢 E-Invoicing in France? Let’s get it on the menu.

September 2026 is approaching, and with it comes one of the most important changes for electronic invoicing in France.

For businesses, POS-, ERP-providers and software vendors, the reform raises key questions:

Together, we combine efsta’s compliance expertise and integration capabilities with Iopole’s strong focus on the French e-invoicing ecosystem. Today we would like to introduce Segundo, our Business Development Manager for Iberia at efsta. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Buenos Aires and has gained valuable experience working both in an accounting firm and in the compliance department of a bank.

In his current role at efsta, Segundo is responsible for driving our expansion across Spain and Portugal. He focuses on developing and executing local sales strategies, conducting in-depth market and competitor research, and identifying new business opportunities. He is excited about this challenge and enjoys working with an international team while continuously learning and growing.

✨ Fun facts & personal insights:
Outside of work, Segundo enjoys staying active. Hiking and playing football are among his favorite ways to spend his free time and recharge.

And as a true Argentinian, there is one thing you will almost always find him with in the office: a cup of mate. This traditional South American herbal tea is his go-to companion throughout the day. 😊

🔦 Spotlight: Avdo Redzepagic, Software Developer at efsta

Today we would like to introduce Avdo Redzepagic, Software Developer in our development team at efsta. He started his career after graduating from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Sarajevo, where he joined a Sarajevo-based company as its first employee. Over the past five years, he contributed significantly to its growth and development while building strong expertise in software development.

Recently, Avdo decided to take the next step and moved to Austria to join efsta. In his current role, he works on our Fiscal Middleware solution, focusing on complex and regulated software systems while continuously deepening his knowledge in fiscalization.

✨ Fun facts & personal insights:

Growing up in Bihać alongside the river Una, being close to water has always been important to Avdo. Finding a similar environment in Steyr made the transition feel more familiar from day one.

Outside of work, Avdo enjoys almost every kind of sport. From football, cycling and running to martial arts, swimming, kayaking and skiing, he is always up for a challenge and gives his best in everything he does.

When it comes to travel, Avdo prefers exploring new and unfamiliar places. In his free time, you will most likely find him somewhere in the world with a large suitcase, discovering countries where he doesn’t speak the language and knows very little about. 😊
