RNC Solutions Continues Its Summer Internship Program for Students!
 
Our tradition of training talented high school students in Vienna continues. This year, we are pleased to spend a month with Petar Simović, a student of Sport und Sprachschule Schwechat, HTL Spengergasse. Petar speaks German, English, and Serbian, and is interested in computer science and programming, as well as their application in a business environment.
 During his internship, Petar will have the opportunity to expand his knowledge and explore various aspects of our business, including:
• The basics of radio communications and how our company operates
• Project development phases, including planning and creation on the Miro platform
• The installation process (all steps in preparing a site for construction) and site integration
• Quality and safety at work and in the office
• Documentation and acceptance procedures
• Overview of ongoing projects
• SM and PIM measurements
• Introduction to the overall business ecosystem, the company, and working both in the office and in the field

RNC installed Nokia`s Pre-6G equipment transmitting on 7GHz, which was used for the first trial and performance tests of this technology in Austria in partnership with A1

Since back to 2015, we have worked in a strategic cooperation with Nokia and continuously expanded the A1 network with 4G and 5G infrastructure, bringing benefits of the latest Mobile Network technology to A1 customers. Piloting of Pre-6G with improved throughput and latency as shown is the next logical step in this successful collaboration.

During the internship, Arijan will explore various facets of our business, including:

Herzlichen Glückwunsch an unseren Kollegen Aleksandar Petrovic, unseren Geschäftspartner, zu seinem erfolgreichen Halbmarathon in Berlin!

Wir unterstützen unsere Mitarbeiter immer darin, Sport zu treiben und sich mit anderen zu messen, und vor allem, sich selbst herauszufordern.

"Der Berliner Halbmarathon ist eine Erfahrung, die ein Leben lang in Erinnerung bleibt. Die Stadt ist fantastisch, die Organisation perfekt, nur die Wetterbedingungen waren für mich etwas herausfordernd. Trotzdem habe ich es geschafft, meinen persönlichen Rekord zu brechen - ich bin 12 Minuten schneller gelaufen als je zuvor", teilt uns Aleksandar stolz mit, der bereits seine Teilnahme für das nächste Jahr ankündigt.

Dank der Organisatoren und Aleksandar haben wir wunderschöne Bilder vom Halbmarathon und der Stadt erhalten.
