The WomenMentoring@KTC program for 2023/2024 has been successfully kicked-off! ♀️🤝🚀

This global initiative aims to support the professional development of women within Kapsch TrafficCom. Female mentees can now benefit from both professional and personal development, receiving support from their mentors to enhance their competences and activate their potential.

During the kick-off meeting, the well-kept secret about the matched tandems was revealed, allowing each mentee to meet her assigned mentor. Over the upcoming months, our 16 mentees will have the opportunity to grow, share, learn, and exchange ideas, aligning with their individual interests and goals in collaboration with their mentors.

We are proud of this significant initiative and eagerly anticipate the positive outcomes that the WomenMentoring@KTC program will yield!

It was good to finally see each other again in person at this live event!
