At INTERALPIN 2023, clair will present a range of innovative functionalities on its own booth, prominently situated between Doppelmayr and TechnoAlpin.
Furtheron, we will present our new strategic partnerships with TechnoAlpin, Fatzer, Skidata and Axess – all global leaders in their market segments.
In the future, Doppelmayr will bundle all activities in the field of condition-based maintenance of ropeway installations into SMART Maintenance. clair will play a central role within this initiative. At INTERALPIN, we will show a preview of some exciting use cases.

Did you know? With clair you can keep your ropeway operations log in digital form.
The advantages: Less paperwork and more time for essential tasks.
The configuration of the operations log can be individually adapted to each ropeway installation. The documentation of control tasks is simply and fast. Daily reports with an unchangeable history are generated automatically. Signing is also done digitally, either once or twice as required.
The green light for the approval of the digital operations log has alreday been given by the Supreme Ropeway Authority in Austria and the Office for Ropeways of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano. Others will follow.

clair: Matthias, what are your responsibilities in the clair team?
Matthias: As a new brand in the Doppelmayr world, everyone in our team faces widespread topics. Thereby, my focus ranges from international business development to successfully implement the clair software into our customers ecosystems.

clair: What do you particularly enjoy about your work?
I for sure enjoy working with my teammates in a small and agile group, where “fun at work” isn’t just a saying. Discussing topics around digitalization of ropeways with our regional and international colleagues and customers is deeply interesting and enriches my daily work life with joy

clair: How do you find the teamwork in the clair team?
It’s safe to say, that everyone in our team is an open-minded person. We try to help each other as much as possible and discuss various topics and developments in a transparent way. And of course, are always happy to welcome new teammates!

Secure, quick and easy to use: Digital signature of daily reports or maintenance reports, optionally with 1 or 2 signatures. Already approved by the authorities in Austria. More countries will follow soon.

clair: Enes, what are your responsibilities in the clair team?
Enes: My role as a system engineer covers a variety of tasks on different platforms. To ensure that clair remains fast and responsive, constant analysis and optimisation are necessary.

clair: What do you particularly enjoy about your work?
For clair we always use the latest cloud technologies available. Staying up-to-date and constantly learning new ways to solve issues are crucial.

clair: How do you find the teamwork in the clair team?
All team members enjoy direct communication and flexibility. Our common spirit makes it easy for me to collaborate with my colleagues on a daily basis.
