Client Sales & Administration Officer – Part Time
Initial 3-Month Contract

Qualifications & Experience
-Strong sales, customer service, administration, and communication skills
-A genuine interest in technology, systems, software, and IoT
-An advanced understanding of WiFi systems will be highly regarded.
-Confident, proactive, and customer-focused
-Strong organisational and coordination abilities
-Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team environment

Tasks & Responsibilities
-Answering phone calls and assisting customers with sales, technical support, and general enquiries
-Producing customer quotes, managing customer sales.
-General administration duties and project-based administration tasks
-Coordinating installations between customers, installers, and service providers
-Assisting with the development and documentation of policies and procedures relevant to the role
-Working in a dynamic and multifaceted office environment alongside the management team

We offer approximately 2–3 days per week, with additional hours available to cover leave and other operational requirements. For the right candidate, there is potential for the role to transition into ongoing full-time employment.
