What does scaling with AI actually look like in practice? 🤔
That’s exactly what we wanted to explore when we teamed up with The Ortus Club to host a virtual roundtable focused on executive knowledge sharing, bringing together business leaders from across Australia.
Moderated by Dannielle K P., Head of Strategy, Data and AI, at Concentrix, the conversation went beyond simply adopting AI. The group discussed where AI is genuinely improving decision-making, what it takes to make it work across people, processes and systems, and how businesses can scale while keeping governance, cost and long-term value in mind.
Leaders shared firsthand experiences of what’s working in their organisations, where the challenges are, and what they’re still figuring out.
