UPDATE - RESOLVED 15/5 5:54pm - Our 3CX hosting provider has advised they were subject to a massive DDOS attack which overloaded not only their network but also their own upstream provider. This also resulted in a short disruption to our hosting server due to the upstream provider being common to both hosting providers.
Since this was a network-level attack there is no risk to customer data and our 3CX hosting provider has implemented ongoing mitigations to defeat the attack.
OUTAGE - We are aware of an issue affecting our 3CX phone services using cloud hosting. This is due to a 3rd party provider issue and is currently under investigation. Please submit a support ticket if you would like your landline diverted temporarily until the issue is resolved
