Microsoft users who’ve switched to the new Outlook preview will find it isn’t compatible with their Sybiz solution. Outlook Classic is still required, as it provides the extensibility features needed for Sybiz Vision and Sybiz Visipay email functionality.

Microsofts new version of Outlook does not yet have the functionality to work with Sybiz products.

Recent legislative changes will mean the end of the Award Transport Payments allowance type as of 1 October 2026. Sybiz Visipay users will need to check their allowance types and create new types for these payments going forward.

Sybiz Visipay users may have to make changes to allowances because of recent changes in the law.
