UPDATE 11/06: 4:30PM AEST - Service Disruption, 11/06/2026 – Northern Territory
The estimated service restoration time has been updated to 12/06: 4:30 PM AEST
We are currently experiencing a major outage affecting a subset of customers in the Northern Territory, including Lyons, Bellamack and Johnston.
We understand the frustration this may cause and want to assure you that we are working with Opticomm to resolve this issue as quickly and safely as possible.
The outage is due to a backhaul network failure in Opticomm’s upstream backhaul carrier network. The next expected update is 11/06: 5:10 PM AEST, with estimated service restoration currently expected by 12/06: 04:30 PM AEST.
