Our team recently spent time together in a Commercial Confidence training session, reflecting on how we want to show up for our customers, and for each other.

For us, commercial confidence means having the knowledge and assurance to make decisions that balance what’s best for the customer with what’s best for the business, especially when things feel complex or pressured.

The session focused on:
• Building and protecting trust in real conversations
• Communicating clearly and assertively
• Holding boundaries in a way that supports strong relationships
• Preparing intentionally for customer conversations

Phil brings more than a decade of experience across the finance, higher education and technology sectors, with a strong focus on business growth, stakeholder engagement and organisational development. He has partnered closely with CEOs and senior leaders to support business needs, build capability and improve operational performance, helping organisations achieve their goals.

Over the past five years, Phil has worked in the IT and professional services sector as a Business Development Manager, supporting clients to deliver meaningful outcomes through strategic technology solutions.
