Some projects come full circle.
Back in 2012, while serving on the Weddings Whitsundays committee, I had the privilege of designing and building the original Weddings Whitsundays website.
Fourteen years later, I've had the opportunity to redevelop the platform following its transition to the Whitsunday Chamber of Commerce last year.
The new site has been completely rebuilt with a fresh design, improved user experience, enhanced vendor listings and updated SEO strategies to improve visibility, attract more engaged couples and support long-term growth for local wedding businesses.
The response since launch has been fantastic, with a stack of new vendors signing up and some incredible early results showing up in Google Analytics (see comments đŸ“ˆ)
Congratulations to the Whitsundays Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the local wedding industry for embracing the new platform. I can't wait to see where it goes from here and best of luck to everyone involved in the inaugural Whitsundays Wedding Trail this weekend.
