Your Computer Wizzard has been helping locals with their IT issues for over 20 years. They offer remote online support, working from home solutions and help with studying o

nline. YCW also focuses on computer, laptop and printer repairs, upgrades, maintenance, support, and sales.

“We love reducing people’s stress by helping people get online and stay online. We provide a personalised, customised service and online setup to suit individual clients’ needs” said Technician Gary.

“Your Computer Wizzard is not just workshop based” Gary explained. “We can provide remote online fixes too. This can save you down time as problems can often be solved very quickly with a phone call and an online session.”

“If your computer is slow or broken you may not need to replace it with a new one. Give us a call or come into the workshop and we can let you know if it can be repaired or upgraded” Gary said. Phone lines are open five days a week, Monday to Friday. The workshop in Alstonville is thoroughly cleaned to ensure a safe and healthy place for clients and staff. Pre-book your computer in for faster service face-to-face. The workshop is open Monday to Friday and has parking in public carpark off Commercial Road. YCW aims to keep our customers online and fix their computer issues as quickly as possible. We operate under our own 5 R’s of sustainability –
Repair Reuse Recycle Reduce Replace. Repair – first option
Reuse – e.g. reconditioned laptops
Recycle – packaging waste
Reduce – consumables
Replace – buy new
