UPDATE Saturday 20 December 2025 10am

Good morning all.

Great news, we have caught up the backlog of Christmas parcels and delivery times are now on track. We are out delivering today, Saturday so don't be surprised to see us today!

If we cannot deliver a parcel we will take it to House of Nai - Asian Grocery 132 Barkly Street in the open 7 days 10:30am to 6pm so you can collect in Ararat rather than the Ballarat Depot.

In the tracking you will see these, depending on the sender as either Service Hub, Hubbed Ararat, Ararat ADP, Ararat Depot.

Remember to bring your ID, and some senders also provide a parcel PIN . We currently have approximately 100 parcels awaiting collection. (for those wondering, about 5% of parcels cannot be delivered, the main reason is there is no safe place to leave, we try our best, but need to ensure the parcel will still be there when you get home. Other reasons include closed / locked gates, loose animals or no access).

If you have received notification that your parcel is available for collection please remember to come and collect it as it only stays at the Hubbed for a limited time. If you are unable to personally collect you can arrange for someone else to collect and we will record their ID when they collect on your behalf.

Please be patient. As you can imagine we are handling a significantly higher volume of parcels than normal.
