For more than 100 years, Murgwanza Hospital has been providing essential care in north-west Tanzania. Today, that care is under pressure, with ageing facilities in critical need of redevelopment.

Medical Mission Aid is leading the Murgwanza Hospital Redevelopment Project in partnership with the Anglican Diocese of Kagera, to help ensure this 250-bed hospital can keep serving the Ngara community for the next generation.

In 2024 alone, the hospital treated 31,679 outpatients, admitted 16,347 inpatients, performed 3,442 surgeries, and delivered 1,649 babies.

We’re proud to support our client, Dr Amanda Ward, who has been connected to Murgwanza since her first trip in 2007 and has returned 11 times to mentor a local obstetrician and gynaecologist, equip locals with vital health skills, and provide strategic advice to hospital management.

After 18 years of service through Medical Mission Aid, Amanda is continuing to advocate for the hospital and the community it serves. Please consider donating to this urgent redevelopment effort.

Internal communications are very important at The GPT Group.

GPT's Environmental Sustainability Solutions division asked for guidance on effective and creative presentation of current recycling and waste information for internal stakeholders.

Wide Open Co. created a template for this monthly publication that is both adaptable and on-brand.

The template and supporting guides have provided a cost effective way to ensure that GPT can sustain these communications on an ongoing basis.

GPT engaged Wide Open Co to develop a template for a monthly Waste Watching Brief to be presented to both internal and external stakeholders.

In the lead up to COP27 in November last year, The Climate Reality Project - Australia & Pacific launched their campaign.

We created a suite of resources for the Australia & Pacific team to assist in this global call to action.

From social media campaign to a briefing paper, interactive PDF and digital toolkit – containing information about available resources and key messages for policymakers. It all adds to the voices calling for greater and more urgent action to address climate change.
